A simple intention ritual

1. Pause and take three slow breaths.
2. Choose one clear intention for the day.
3. Turn the ring outward to express or release energy, or inward to receive and draw energy towards you.
4. Touch the ring whenever you need to return to your intention.
5. At the end of the day, notice what shifted and reset the ring for tomorrow.
